Hmm.
Speaker 02:To even question what you've been told is true is incredibly courageous. It doesn't always feel like courage what looks like courage to other people. For me, it feels like survival. This is our personal medicine.
Speaker 00:If I'm surrounded by thinkers, by lovers, by passion, by integrity, then I really do think that I know who I am.
Speaker 01:There is a peace that is indescribable when you're being who you are and you're living your purpose. I'm not going to come to the end of my life and be like, I didn't live the life I was meant to live.
Speaker 03:Can I be so comfortable in the idea This is the Inner
Melissa:Rebel Podcast. Welcome to season two of Inner Rebel. We have been waiting a year to do this and we are so, we're so grateful that you are here with us today, Christine. Hello, Christine.
Christine:Hi.
Melissa:We were talking about how much fun we're going to have in this episode. So I cannot wait to dive into it. And I have some fun surprises for you, too, actually, because I little birdie told me some secrets about you.
Jessica:I don't even know what
Melissa:this is. I don't either. Caitlin, don't say she is a little birdie. Actually, just one particular fun one. But before we dive in, because I know once we go in, we can't come back out. I'm going to introduce you. And then we're going to jump into all things oneness, manifestation, higher consciousness, all the things. So we've got Christine Michelle Hayes here with us today. She's the founder and CEO of the Aligned Soul by Anna Hobb, an international transformation brand and bestselling author of the Aligned Receiver. Christine is a visionary and strategic spiritual mentor and culture connector who works with bad and bougie, I love that, female entrepreneurs to activate fame, fortune, and fulfillment in their total lives and create multi-million dollar online empires. Hell Yes. Welcome, Christine. Welcome,
Christine:Christine. Oh, I'm so excited to talk to you. Yay. Thank you so much for having me. I cannot wait. Let's get to it. What's up?
Melissa:It was your secret assignment. I actually, we have a question that we ask you first, but the thing that the little birdie told me was that you, are you nervous? I feel like you got nervous. Not at all. I'm ready. Was that you like to do a little song and dance when you manifest. Oh, okay. Yes. There's a whole process to it. Like there's a whole process. So, okay. I would like to maybe see what this, I don't know if it's a shimmy. I don't know what we're working with. I guess
Christine:it could be a shimmy. It brings forth whatever that dance and whatever that song is for you. So quickly, I have something that's called the Align Soul Gap Eraser. And what it does, it takes you from where you are to where you want to be, and it closes the gap. And there's a couple of steps to it. I think there's seven whole steps. But the main thing is you create a song. You create a little bit of a mantra. Usually in threes is the best. And you sing that throughout your day. That becomes the song that's stuck in your head. So for example, I presented this at a high level mastermind that I was at. One of the ladies took it away and she just messaged me. She said, since September, I've done, it was a $33,000 a month. It must've been beginning of October when she sent me the message. She's like, I've never done anything more than 10. And it was because I was singing the $33,000 a month song. And she's like, I was really tapped into it. So what it does is it takes the seriousness out of creation and connects you to the fun, the joy. It's already mine. It's already mine. Like I have one of my clients, she started off, we started off with thousand dollar days for her. She's now doing about five or six thousand dollar days and she has about 1.7 million in her business since we started working together. So from zero to 1.7 million. Wow. That's how it gets to go. And so what she used to do is she was like thousand dollar days, thousand dollar days. $1,000 days every day. And so she just was singing that. And keep in mind, she was pregnant and had a baby and was breastfeeding for a year, like throughout this whole process. So it wasn't like she had all kinds of time and space. But when she had the baby, she'd sing with the baby like $1,000 days every day, every day. And so when she's just sitting and working, guess what song pops in her head? $1,000 days every day, every day. And so that's her thing. And now she's up to six figure months, six figure months, six figure months. And now six figure months, she just has a baby. $111,000 a month, that's just become her norm. If you think about it, have you ever had a song stuck in your head? Like ever?
Melissa:All the time. Yeah. Right? Yeah. I have a seven-year-old. The songs that get stuck in your head with a seven-year-old are like the
Speaker 05:worst song. Yeah. And what are those songs doing for you? Nothing. But this song, this song will do lots for you. And so if you pick something like for me, I'm playing around with six-figure months every month, every month, six-figure months every month.
Jessica:I love this for so many reasons. So many reasons. I've always had a hard time sticking with affirmations. I have to remember that I'm supposed to thank them or say them out loud, and I just don't. And then when you come up with a It does. It gets in their interior subconscious in a totally different way. And it's also so much more playful, which I really appreciate because so much of the rhetoric around manifestation can actually be heavy, even though the idea is that you're supposed to be connecting with desire. I feel like we can be so willful and shameful about what we are or aren't attracting. So I love that you're just inviting in the joy.
Melissa:Just having fun with it. I did see a shimmy though. I saw like a couple shimmies. I did see a shimmy too. I don't know if you're doing that to please me or if that's just a part of it, but I'm into it. No, I shimmy. I shimmy every time. I like the shimmy. I also love that my whole world exists in a song. So if you spend enough time with me, you know that everything is like a movie quote or a song. I love having a seven-year-old who also loves singing, who also loves music because we make songs up about everything. All day long, everything's a song. And so this is just perfect because I've been singing about all kinds of stuff that probably aren't making me millions of dollars every month. But I can just turn this natural gift into something that's productive and I love productivity. So I am really here with you on this one.
Jessica:She's the most efficient person I've ever met.
Christine:There you go. And sing it with yourself because they're going to sing it with you and they're going to be like, buy him the million dollar song. Let's sing the million dollar month song. And you're going to be like, you know, once every month, every
Melissa:month, a million dollar. What's here we go. He's going to be like, gonna get a cyber truck, cyber truck, cyber truck. We're going to have so many Teslas at ou r house. We're going to have a fleet of Teslas because of this conversation. We can maybe start, you know, the business where you rent your cars out. So this is You'll have the garage with all of your fleet. Everyone's dreams are coming true. You don't even know. My husband wants a giant garage. My son wants Teslas. This is great. But this is not about me.
Jessica:I have so many questions and I know we're going to circle back to manifestation and there's a million things I want to ask you. But let's get to know you a little bit better before we do so. Our new question of season two, it's a little bit different from our season one question. We would love to ask you, what is your relationship with your inner rebel.
Christine:Oh, I love this. Okay. So I love to say that I am the one who helps people defy the odds because I've always defied odds, right? I'm not conventional. There's not going to be that many coaches out there that look like me. I'm just being honest. Like I always was the first. I was the first Black valedictorian of my high school. I was one of two scholarships, mural scholarships that were academic scholarships. I was one of two people hired at Deloitte when I graduated from college. I decided I wanted to work for Coca-Cola. Guess what? I worked for Coca-Cola. I always defied any odds that should have been in front of me. I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana. And so at that time, when I was with Deloitte, I was with the New Orleans office. We're working at Deloitte in the deep South. One of the questions was someone asked me, you know, it probably felt a little uncomfortable. And I said, well, I walk into every place and I decide everybody's going to like me. And if you don't, then you will eventually. And that's just the way I just decided. I just And so to me, that's my rebellion. I'm not a complainer. I'm not somebody that's going to talk bad about people. Like I am going to be rebellious because I won't look like the rest of the world. And so my rebellion is being the light that I was here to be. When I was doing human design and gene keys, it was before everyone really got on the bandwagon, right? As soon as it's taken off and I've had 16,000 people go through the course, I'm like, okay, we're complete. Because now I know that there are going to be a lot of people that are going to jump on it. I need to be on the next, like I'm the trendsetter. And so that's when it comes to me to bring something else through. And to me, that's the rebel in me, always being the one that's defined the odds, being the one like, yeah, I was the first. When I was 18 years old, I worked at Sears Credit Central. So that was 30 years ago. I'm 48 at the time of this recording. Sears is no longer in business for those of you who are watching and listening to this now. And I worked for Sears Credit Central, but I was 18 and I was chosen to be a manager of people that were three years old at at me that's another way I decide that I'm the rebel hire people fire people I had to let people go that had 10 20 30 years more experience than me but I had to decide that that didn't matter and so to be a rebel is one to be the light to decide that I don't have to look like or say things or be like everyone else that I can be my light positive happy joyful self and then I also get to be convicted that I know what I'm talking about regardless of my age whether now it was when back then it was too young or maybe now people might say oh you're 48 you're too old to blah blah blah all of those middle fingers to everything right I need to decide how how my life gets to be
Jessica:I love that you keep saying I get to decide I get to decide I decide where did that mindset come from was that something you were born with or is it something that you realized over time was a powerful way of living through the world that is a great
Christine:I love that question and as soon as you asked it the first picture in my mind. My mom and dad brought us up in a world where they had so many limitations that people tried to push on them, right? My dad will be 80 next year and my mom will be 77. So that means they're 76 and 79. And so that means Jim Crow South, there was things that they were supposed to do. My mom is fair-skinned. The paper brown test, right? So she could go into certain places because she was lighter than a paperback. My dad couldn't because he was slightly darker than one. Like, there were so many limitations, but they always brought us up to tell us that for them, they're Christian, that God, and I call God his sugar daddy, but God, sugar daddy, right? They're like, you You can do anything because that energy is within you. And so they told us that don't care about what anyone else tells you. You can't do this because you look this way. You can't be the best because you were born this way. And they were like, no one has any privilege or anything above and beyond you because of that. They were like, you decide you want to do something. It gets to be done. Ask. It's yours. Believe. It's yours. Go take the actions. Go do the work. It's yours. And so I believe that just since I was a little girl, when I was six years old, I told my mom, I'm going to be valedictorian of my school. I'm going to move to New York City and I'm going to work for a really cool fashion and beauty business. And all of that happened. I worked with Victoria's Secret on the beauty side of the business in New York City. And my mom was like, you decide it. It's done. And so that's where I get it from. But everybody has that. I call it decide and move because I'm going to ask you guys if you've ever heard all of those coaches, they're like, just decide, just decide. And then you're like, I decided and nothing happened. I've been sitting in my bed deciding, not taking action. Right. I decided and nothing happened. And it's because you must decide and move. So when I decided I was going to be valedictorian, I walked into that school that day. I decided it, but I also did the work to bring that to be, you know, I decided that I was going to go to to Tulane University and not have to pay a dime for it. I decided that, but I did the things, right? Decision and movement. You've got to decide, but you've got to move in alignment with that decision. When you do, everything meets you where you are with that energy.
Speaker 04:Now, I'm just going to make an assumption that it's always been easy. There's never been any hard around this, that you just choose, act, and then poof, like a genie, right? That's how it happens. I'm very sarcastic. And I think this is where people get tripped up. up because when it gets hard or it doesn't show up exactly the way that they think it's supposed to or they have a predetermined idea of the how which By the way, it's never going to happen that way. Secret. That the how is always different than we have in our mind. So what do you say? Well, this is everybody because you've been trained this way since you were a little girl. I have as well. Like you just decide and then you get to have that now. Not exactly the same as your past, obviously. But this idea that once you choose it and you move towards it, then it's sort of a done deal in your mind. I didn't have that. You have that, Melissa? I have that. And was that a part of your environment, too? Were you taught that? I was taught that I could do anything that I set my mind to. And I've been proving it to myself since I was a tiny little girl. that I was the 4.0 student. I got selected out of thousands of applications to get my first job out of college. I moved to Colorado and I didn't know anybody. It would just work out and I would find the job. And that's how I've always moved through life. And it's gotten a lot harder as my decisions have gotten bigger and bolder because I'm getting stretchier and stretchier and stretchier. And what I'm going for is so much bigger than I'd like to get an A on this test. So I'd love for you to speak to that. Let's talk about the hard in this journey. I
Christine:am going to blow it all out of the water because of the downloads that I had today. And I'm even coming to tears because I'm like, wow. Okay. All right. So I'm going to say things that probably sound crazy and you're going to be like, I've never heard it say like this before, but this is what gets to happen today. Okay. So first of all, I want to remind you That vision that you have now, right? Let's say the vision of millions of women in your organization, you being the person for that, that vision is not harder than the vision it was for the 14-year-old girl to get an A. It's not harder. is that we have decided it was harder because we've separated ourselves from knowing that it's already ours. The same way you decided you could get an A is the same way that you get millions of women. There is a version of you that's already doing it. And so it's because we've decided things need to get harder as we get older or things were so much easier when we were younger. We decided all of these things. We decided to put all of these judgments on them that we are just... In essence, separating ourselves from the thing that's already ours. It's already yours. So was it like, I'm going to tell you, I decided that I needed to make things harder because I thought that no one would want to work with me because I hadn't had my bottom to the top story. Do you guys remember? Okay, I came into the coaching industry at a time years and years ago when everybody was talking about their bottom to the freaking top story.
Unknown:Mm-hmm.
Christine:And I thought I needed to create one because I said, well, my parents are still married. They absolutely love each other. I was like, they love me, my sister, my brother. We're all close. We love each other. I was like, everybody's going to be like, you had it so easy. You can't teach me anything. You can't coach me anything. So I thought I needed to create havoc and chaos into my life in order to be valued. So what did I do? I had a multiple six-figure corporate job. I decided that I'm going to be here doing this full time. So I finally start doing this full time. And I decided to create financial craziness, right? I decided I needed a crazy story. So I created bankruptcy, basically. I was charging clients $900 a month to work with me when they were making $100,000 days. And still to this day, some of my clients that were working with me back then said, I felt so bad sending you that money. Because I was like, she should be charging me more than this. But it was a part of my journey because I needed to create chaos. I needed to create craziness and difficulty because I thought that that was necessary. So I had decided it needed to be harder so that I could be validated as a coach and people would want to work with me because I had a bottom to the top story. What if you knew? What if everyone that's listening knew that you don't have to think everything's going to be harder or you don't have to have a chaos story that you really can choose to decide it? And remember that you're not separate from your desires. Your desires are divine. They are yours already. And because they're already yours, you don't have to dig through all of the human shit in order to be worthy for it or create space to receive it. All you have to do is say, yes, it's already mine. Now, will there be humanness stuff that will come Will there be hard times? Will you have to push through and wake up or do something that you're like, I would rather not do this live stream or I would rather not do this interview? Yes, there are going to be times where you're going to have to push yourself through and move beyond the limit to capacity that you've created or imagined for yourself. But all you have to do is come back to remembering I wouldn't have this desire if it wasn't already mine. I wouldn't have this vision if it wasn't already mine. And I just need to be in the energy of the you who already has it. Which means that if I go and I say, let's bring you to your vision of millions of women that are like, this is the organization that I need to be a part of. And this is the vision. You are leading that. What are the feelings that you think you're going to feel when you're there? Because guess what? It quote unquote hasn't happened yet. Only because it's maturing. Only because it's unfolding. Only because the people are saying yes and they're saying yes and the momentum is compounding and they're ready to go. So all you need right now to do is be in the energy of it's already mine. which means I get to choose happiness. I get to choose joy. I get to choose being proud of myself or I get to choose conviction that I know my place is the place and I know that people get to be in it because I know millions are already there and they're just actualizing now in this 3D reality. And so if you decide things are harder than it was easier for me to do this, that's a false evidence appearing real. That's an illusion that I created to make me feel like I'm good enough to get it or that I've done enough work to receive it when I didn't have to do any of that. And I just got to decide that now it's the time for me to receive it in this body now. And all I get to do is lean back and say, yes, listen, and take the action that I'm being called to take. I
Melissa:want to hear your thoughts, Jess, because Jess has been through the fire.
Jessica:Lots of fire, but I have an observer. I have an observer. It
Melissa:sounds like an animal, like an arnivore or something.
Jessica:I have an observation before I ask my question. I am really taken by the amount of radical self-responsibility that you take. In the way that you speak, most people would not say that I created the circumstances of chaos. Most people would say the circumstances were what they were or the conditioning was what it was and these things played out and not take such ownership of that. So I think that's really powerful. Like I learned something just listening to you speak just from that alone. But the question that I have is, because I was not raised in quite the same way. And I think there's a lot of people who are not raised in environments with a healthy mindset. The gap to me feels a little bit bigger between, you know, if the programming is really deep that things are not possible, how do you suggest bridging that? If the formula is the same for everyone, but the circumstances we come from may be different. Even if we take responsibility for what we now have to do to overcome, what would you say would be a way through that?
Christine:You guys, this is so good. Okay. I'm going to show you how I got myself back from creating the chaos. I have a process. It's called aligned soul alchemy, and it's a five-step process. And it brings me into alignment, mind, body, and soul. It is the piece that When we go through it, it's where we get to go into the pain, go into moving the energy up out of our body and our systems. We go into aligning ourselves somatically, right? Moving that energy up and out so that we are in a space to be like, now I know I can do that. Anyone that's listening that's been through something difficult, The reason why I say I created the chaos is because I remember that my bigger being chose this body and every choice that was made that I attracted, whatever, every one of those brought me to this point. And it brought me to this point because there's something big here that I get to like move through. I get to win here. It's never a fault or anything of anyone's. what you've experienced, but you get to, if you can say, whoa, self-responsibility, this is what I've experienced, then you can change it. If you feel like victim and it's not my fault and this person did this to me, I hate them, which is okay, like you're human, you know, it still keeps us tied to that. instead of connected to where we get to go. It puts the power outside of ourselves. And so when we remember that we are the light, we are one, we are oneness, and bring it back to be like, okay, now what? I love to say it is what it is, now what? Then we can go into alliance of alchemy. I'm going to take you through the five steps if we can. Yeah, please. So the first step is awareness. And awareness is, I love to say awareness is the beginning of transformation because we're now aware. I'm aware that I'm feeling funky. I'm feeling like there's something going on here. My body is feeling a little out of whack. I'm feeling tired, desperate, annoyed, in chaos. Like I'm feeling all of those things. So I'm aware. It sums up. Because I wasn't born into this world that way. I was a happy baby. I was connected to who I was. I felt the oneness. I knew I got to cry and feel, you know, be fed. I knew that I got my butt wiped. Like that is something that's ingrained in us. And then it gets taken out of us, right? As children, right? What are you to think the world revolves around you? It does. It is actually doing that right now. So who are you to say it doesn't? But it does. All right. So we have this awareness and now transformation. You're primed and ready, right? And so what I love to say is the next step is the mean girl step. It's the acknowledgement step. And so what it does is you're acknowledging all the things that usually us spiritual people don't want to acknowledge because we should know better. No, there's no judgment in this step. It's just acknowledging all the crazy thoughts, all the feelings that are coming up. And you can do this aloud. I like to write it down. I like to acknowledge page after page of all the crap that is contributing to the feelings so that I can bring it up into my, like bring it up in your body. Sometimes you're crying. Sometimes you're just angry. Sometimes you're freaking frustrated and you're like, that sucks. Whatever it is, I want you to bring it all up. So for me with bankruptcy, it was like, wow, how did I get myself here? You've made millions over your career and I look at you. You don't have a dime to your name. You're so crazy. People doing $100,000 a month. You think you could help people be millionaires and you won't even have a dollar to your name. That's why I call it the mean girl thing, but it's not a space of judgment. I'm not making myself wrong for thinking these crazy thoughts, right? I'm just allowing myself to think those crazy thoughts and put them on paper and look at them. I did this one time because this girl was like, You think that you're the worst coach ever. This was like when I first started. But there was things in me that thought I wasn't good enough. And so I started writing. I'm the worst coach ever. I just don't know what I'm doing. And I started crying and kept going and kept going. And then I ended up laughing, like rolling around laughing because it made no freaking sense. Like none of it makes any sense because it doesn't. OK, so you let it all come out. Write it all out. Never judge yourself. This is from a space of non-judgment and just, wow, okay, that's interesting. Oh, I think that thought too. That's interesting too. And just letting it come in. Then step three, this is where we get into the somatics. It's the allowing and accepting because we're not making ourselves wrong for any of it. We're allowing those feelings to come up. And then let's say it was frustration. I should be beyond this. I should be a multimillionaire by now. What the hell? Like maybe that's the frustration. You get a pillow, you get like whatever and beat the frustration, like let it come up and out of your body to be like this. I'm so bad with this. I'm over it. Like whatever you need to do. I have clients that will go outside. She lives in a rural area. And so she will go outside, scream in the woods and be like, some people probably think she's crazy, but she's like, who cares? I don't care. She's just allowing all this energy in motion, the feelings to come up and out and move because they're all stuck in your body. So you do that and you're going to feel so much relief. You're like, you want to take a nap, but don't do it. Not yet. No nap time. So when we go to the next piece, which is the love piece, it's called the appreciation step. And you're going to love on and appreciate yourself for going through those steps, for releasing this. You're going to say, I'm finished with this cycle. I love myself for going through that. I love myself for bringing all this up. And I'm complete with that cycle. I am complete. I am complete with that cycle. I am now going to choose something different. This is what we get to do, right? And so the appreciation and love piece is to love yourself and come back to what? Oneness and loving of yourself for who you are and where you are. And at this moment, being in the present moment, right? Then the next piece is the alignment piece. That's the last piece. Alignment starts off with where would I like to go? What is the truth here that I now am choosing that gets to be my truth? What is the story that I now decide that I get to tell? And so that story could be like for me, it was like money loves me, right? I love money. Money loves me. Money expands to support my desires. Money gets to be here and overflow to me, right? I just started to shift and change and said, what does quantum me knows in the quantum suit that I get to bring into it now? And so now that I do that and I'm like, oh, this is the way it gets to be. I trust myself. I trust that I can and be the one who receives all the money all the time, right? I decide that I get paid all the time. People love to pay me whether I'm happy, whether I'm sad, whether I'm angry, whether I'm mad. It doesn't matter. People love to pay me. I love to receive. This is the way it gets to be, right? So that's some of the things that I did. And so it doesn't stop with just that, right? Determining what your quantum self is brings it in and you lock it in by making an immediate move, an immediate action. move in alignment with that new belief. And so for me to decide, like, you know what? Money gets to show up for me. It gets to be there for me in all the spaces. Maybe my immediate move is I'm going to sell something. I'm going to tell everybody I'm here. Here's the pathway. You know, the Halloween spooky one-to-one sessions. Come on in, right? Whatever that is, like something to let the world know and my brain. and subconscious and whatever, that I've decided I'm one with money and money is one with me. Now come on and flow to me in this 3D reality and all the fun and amazing ways because I'm one with you. And so if once you go from the awareness that there's a separation there, there's a gap there, right? You're separated. Then it's about closing that gap by remembering you are one with it. And when you move in alignment with I am one with this, you collapse time like no one's business.
Jessica:How much does emotion or feeling play a role in this? Because I've heard you talk about that before in terms of manifestation. And I'm curious for those who do not have a lived experience, for example, of wealth or abundance, and they may not have examples around them even to refer to, how do you get into the feeling of abundance without even knowing what that's like?
Christine:Oh, can we do it now? Can I show you? Yes. I'm going to have a really good story to show you how this oneness thing really works. So remind me, I'm going to do that right after. But let's close our eyes. Everybody that doesn't have a feeling of oneness, and even if you've made so much money in your life, doesn't matter. Close your eyes. All right. You can put your hands on your body or your stomach. And I like the hand on my heart and another hand on my belly area. We're going to breathe in. And we're going to tap into imagination. So I want you to imagine you had more money than you know what to do with. I want you to imagine, what would that feel like? What would you do? Would you buy this? Let's say more money than you know what to do with. I see Melissa getting that Tesla. She's got the cyber truck. What else? Oh, more money than we know what to do with. Oh, I would like that hairstylist to come over and straighten my hair. That's going to be amazing. Oh, more money than I know what to do with. Oh, I'm going to give a million dollars to that person because I know they're going to do so well and I'm going to invest in their business and be like, here you go. Oh, more money than I know what to do with. I'm going and I'm buying a whole new wardrobe because that would be so fun. Oh my God, that'd be so much fun. Oh my God, more money than I know what to do with. I am picking my parents up from New Orleans. We are flying back to where I live and then we're going house hunting because we're going to find them a brand new house. It's going to be so fun. More money than I know what to do with. More money than I even believe I can receive. Oh, I'd hire my sister full time, pay her a whole year's salary. Boom, here we go. Right check, done. Oh, more money than I knew what to do with. I am going to pick up my new Tesla S white on white. It's so amazing. It's going to be so fun to drive. Oh my God. More money than I know what to do with. I feel so expanded in my body. More money than I know what to do with. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Wow. More money than I know what to do with. Feels so good in my body. More money than I know what to do with. Open your eyes. Did you have more money than you know what to do with? You're so good at this.
Melissa:I was like, this is so fun. I love having more money than I know what to
Christine:do with. I love it too. You're like, Thank you, sugar daddy. Thank you, sugar daddy.
Jessica:I love that you call God sugar daddy. That's incredible.
Christine:God is sugar daddy. Universe is sugar daddy. All right. So I'm going to tell you a story about how quickly this can unfold in your life and how you don't need to have an experience of it in your current reality and it will shift. I might have told this story, so Melissa might be familiar with it, but I'm going to tell it again. Okay. I tell it all the time. So everybody that knows me knows this story. They probably can repeat it, but it's important. I was starting this business while I was working in the corporate world. So I was a corporate executive. I had people reporting in to me and I also was doing this. So my weeks, probably like 80, 90 hour weeks, it was like I was exhausted. It was like fire drill after fire drill at work. And I felt like I didn't have Anytime. I was like, I have no free time. And I just was like, I'm so tired. And so one day, it was a Sunday, and I'll never forget, I was like, I just want to feel ease and time abundance. Like, I want to feel like I have more than enough ease and time abundance. That's all
Speaker 03:I want. That's all I want.
Christine:And so I decided, I said, you know what, I can feel ease and I can feel time abundance every hour in the hour for two minutes. That's enough. I get to choose that. I can feel that regardless of what my circumstances are around me. So I decided and committed and set up on my timer a notification every hour on the hour. Feel ease and time abundance. Feel ease and time abundance. OK, so I go to work, get in my car, drive to the office. And what we used as a project management system was emails like my email inbox. So I have thousands of emails in my inbox, which means I had thousands of things that I needed to do or respond to. It was a mess. I was like, let's just do one by one, right? And I'm still not, I'm not feeling ease. No, ma'am, I'm not feeling ease. I'm not feeling time abundance. But the timer would go off and I'd be like, one moment. And I would go to the bathroom and I'd sit on the toilet and I'd be like, I have more than enough time. I have so much free time. I was like ease and free time. And I would just do that for two minutes. And then I would go back to my office, start again, not ease. Not time abundance. I would have all of the fire drills. I'd have all the calls, all the meetings. I'd be in the middle of a meeting and I was like, one moment is key. And I would walk out. If the timer went off, I'm going to the bathroom or I'm going to close my door. And if it was a 10 hour day, that means two minutes for 10 hours, right? That's 20 minutes. So fast forward to Friday of that week. I started on Monday. Friday of that week, I'm at my desk. Timer goes off. I feel like so much free time, so much free time. And then I get a tap on my shoulder, Jason, he's the vice president. And he was like, Christine, I need to talk to you in my office. I was like, universe, I did not want to be laid off. What? This is not the type of time abundance I was looking for. So I go into the office. With him. And I'm like, hi, Jason. And Jason's like, Christine, I don't know how we did this. Everyone that reports into you, all of the managers that report into you here with San Antonio and in Toronto, they all have three weeks of vacation. He was like, you only have two. He was like, I'm so sorry. Here's five free days of vacation. You can do anything you want with it. Free time. What? I was like, time abundance. So I go, you know, I'm very professional. Thank you so much, Jason. I appreciate that. So I go to my desk, close the door and I'm like, time abundance. I did that on the toilet. I was like, this is working. This is working. Right. I'm still like fire drills, still calls, still all of that. But I was like, this is working. So I do work on the weekend, do whatever I need to do. I come back that Monday, then Tuesday doing the same thing. And then Wednesday, I noticed that I'm packing up. And I was like, oh my goodness, it's almost five. I'm about to go home early. So I called my sister. I was like, Kim, I'm coming home early. And she's like, you've been coming home early every day this week. And I was like, really? She was like, yeah. I was like, okay. She's like, so I see you later. I was like, yeah, I see you. I look at my inbox. I had filed away like one of the last emails in there. So the thousands was down to zero. And so I was like, okay, let me call the people that reported in to me other than the people in Tampa. And so I called Tony first. Then Tony's like, hello, boss. Hey, hey, hey, what's up? I was like, Tony, tell me what's going on. He's like, I'm going to be leaving in an hour. I'll be leaving. I'm feeling good. And I was like, so what about this problem? What about that problem? He's like, it's all handled. This got handled. This got handled. I feel so much ease. I feel like I have so much time. Everything is going well. I was like, really? Okay. Well, you have a wonderful day. So I called the Toronto office, the four ladies in Toronto. I called them and they're like packing up. They're like, we're about to go. I was like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I'm not going to keep you much longer. I said, well, how are you guys doing? And they put me on speaker and they're like, we're great. This worked out. This worked out. I said, what about this problem and this problem? And they were like, It's all handled. They were like, we feel so much ease. They were like, I've never had this much free time, Christine. This has been the most amazing week ever. I was like, okay. Then I really started to reflect and I was like, me deciding that I got to feel ease, me deciding that I got to have free time manifested that in everyone in my world.
Unknown:Yeah.
Christine:everyone, my sister, girl, it was so easy. This has been the easiest week ever. She's like, girl, we got all the time in the world to do stuff. I was like, yes, sweetie. It collapsed time. It entered me into a frequency and a quantum reality where everyone in my world was experiencing what I decided that I got to manifest for myself. And so Time abundance, ease. They got to receive that because I decided I got to have that and I got to have it even despite being in the midst of the fire drills. Did I deny that they were fire drills? No. Did I deny that there was smoke coming from my ears? No. But just because I decided for two minutes. Every hour on the hour to choose ease, it collapsed time. And that was all that I got to experience. And I will tell you, from that day on to when I left, I really anchored in ease in that place of employment. And that's how powerful you choosing to feel something when you have no evidence of it. I am not telling you to ignore all the things. I'm just telling you to choose something. You do feel into the thing, but you don't have to value struggle and pain over joy and happiness and whatever else you've decided you want. This is good. I need the audio for this one. You can have it. This is so good. I hope you guys are listening to this.
Melissa:You can decide that, Christine. You can
Speaker 05:decide that and you can have that. This is so good. I hope everyone's listening to me. I decided I got to be one with ease. And time abundance. Tears are almost coming because I decided I was one with it. And then all of the circumstances outside of me that said, this is not ease. That's not ease. This ain't ease. Girl, this ain't ease either. I said, I am ease. I am time abundance. And there's nothing else that matters. That's bigger power.
Speaker 04:I
Speaker 05:have
Melissa:so much. so much in this, but the thing, because I'm always coming from the community lens of how this gets amplified by others. So had you been left to your own sitting on the toilet saying these things, not in relationship with other people, that experience would have been very different. Now you go and get in relationship with other people. You bring your essence. You bring I am ease. I am time abundance. The ripple effect of you being that gets magnified, they get to be that, then their ripple effect. And this is the power of us getting into community around that which we decide and we desire. Because then I guarantee your ease and your time abundance blew up on the big screen because of that. And then how much that momentum carries you forward when you have proof and they have proof and they have proof and they have proof beyond what you even know the impact of that decision. two minutes on the toilet each day. Because people, they don't love to be isolated, but everyone likes to think, oh, I can just journal in my room by myself and say these things to myself and then it's going to magically poof happen. You have got to, like you're saying, get out and move with it, but move with it with other people.
Jessica:I think it's a beautiful reflection also of how much our outer reality reflects our inner reality. And I just want to bring it back to what we spoke to earlier, that even if you are raised in chaos, for example, so that is the only inner reality that you know, it's not your fault. But then there's a certain moment in time when you have that awareness, it is your responsibility to shift it. And when you do take that responsibility, I love what you just said, Melissa, about the ripple effect that you start to see in your outer world. That's so powerful.
Unknown:Yes.
Christine:I love that story. I mean, you will hear it multiple times. And it's before I was a coach, right? But this has been my life. And what I love to say in my communities is we're the sparks. And when you get a couple sparks together, what happens is a fire and a fire just continues to flow like burning and burning, right? And everybody gets to put their candles or their hands into those fires and become wicks and they're burning too. And we all get to be on fire together, right? And like you said it's not a silo even though I was on the toilet and even though I was in my room and even though I didn't go tell everybody you need to feel at ease I got to choose it and it affected all of them it shifted them into a reality where ease was their natural state and they got to enjoy and I'm sure their family members got to experience it and all of the people that were in their office got to experience it because I decided that that was what I needed to experience and I didn't need external reality to tell me it was okay to tell me, yes, you can experience this or no, there's no fire drill. So now you get to have ease. I had to choose ease and be the calm in the middle of the storm. Be the ease in the middle of dis-ease. I had to be the time abundance in the middle of, oh my God, there's so much I have to do. I needed to be that in order to manifest it and to bring it into my reality. This is what's so important for business women, especially to remember, is that there are going to be times where you feel stressed But you've got to bring yourself back to the woman who already has experienced that. What is she feeling in that space? And when you decide that you get to be the woman who has already experienced that, that stretchy feeling turns into a really nice split that you're like, I've done it before. My flexibility has expanded and this is nothing to me anymore because I know that I am capable. I know that I can hold this and I know I'm not holding it. Because I am one with God, sugar daddy, and I know that energy within me is the one that's holding it all.
Jessica:is such medicine for the people around us and what a gift it is to other people to have that gift of time and ease without them even realizing where it came from. It's so beautiful.
Melissa:And the thing that I'm so present to, which is with your inner rebel, is that you don't need other people's permission. It doesn't have to make sense actually to you or other people. Like we get to be boldly delusional at any moment because we decide and you don't have to have prior experience that it's possible. I believe in surrounding ourselves as much as possible with people who are proof, who are our vision holders. And the fact that you don't have to wait in order for things to make sense before you claim it before you become it, before you be it, before you embody it, is so important. And I love when someone's like, I have this crazy idea. Because I always say, you are not confused. There's no such thing as a confused woman. Because once you get her talking, she always tells you exactly what she wants. But there's usually some version of, this is like really delusional. Or this is wild. And I'm like, Let's go. Because that's the thing. My favorite desires are the ones that are like, feels a little bit delusional. Yes. Delulu
Christine:is the Salulu. If it's not delusional, I don't want it. If it's not delusional, I don't want it. Delulu is the Salulu.
Jessica:I would love to segue with that because I know that you talk about something that is very close to my heart, which is uncertainty and leaning into the unknown. And I think it ties into that about this kind of delusional aspect, getting out of the logical mind. And I'm wondering if you can put into words for our listeners why getting comfortable with uncertainty is so powerful in terms of this idea of quantum leaping, you know, this quantum manifestation process that you talk about. Yes. Okay.
Christine:I'm going to go fast. Quantum leaps. So quantum leaps are in the unknown and unexpected. Because when you are quantum leaping, you are doing something that you have never done before. And you need to get out of what's known and what's expected because our brains and I love our brains, but it's limited. It's limited with either what we have seen or experienced or what we've seen someone else do. Right. And so I love getting in rooms with people that are bigger than you and all of that stuff. But what if you get in that room? It's great. But you also get to remember that there are things beyond that room that you get to experience that you won't even find in that room. So get in the rooms with people that have done bigger things than you, but also remember that you have potential that the room can't even hold. I love that so much. Right? So unknown and unexpected, when you remember that you are the magic, you are the miracle, oneness, then... That means that there's always going to be something that is unfolding that is going to be unexpected because you couldn't have figured it out because your human brain is limited. And so being in that, the void, like it was like, I'm in the void. I can't see it. Yay. Yeah. I'm so happy that you don't know how this is going to happen. That's why I have, oh my goodness. I have three things, three levels to my goals. There's the hashtag. Of course, of course this could happen. There's the, the stretch. It's usually double or triple the of course. And then there's the universe blow my mind. You be in them. When you get into universe blow my mind, that's the million people in your organization. You have no idea how that's going to happen. So why don't you just align with that instead of playing around with the of course and the stretch? You're going to hit the of course and the stretch on the way to universe blow my mind. But you're just going to be the person. You're going to be that person. You're going to go slip space. I like to call it slip space stretch. to
Jessica:the UBMM. I want to name this episode Universe Blow My Mind.
Melissa:Yes. Well, and this is why I have trouble with practical goals. Like we were doing financial projections yesterday for potential investors. And when you do that, you're not putting the universe blow my mind goals. And every single number I was like, it felt like my whole body was climbing inside of itself. Like it felt so small and like, that can't be it. And I just was like, Can't we put this on the paper? Like we need like a, we need it. I like this title better, like a universe blow my mind version of this, which probably you don't even want to write down or maybe you do. Write it down and then keep letting it blow your mind. Yes. Yeah, because I felt myself getting mad at my operations director, not because she was doing anything wrong. That's very much her job. But I was like, How dare you make them so tiny? It was a response to her practicality for a task that needed to be done that way. But because I love looking at goals like this and I always think back to like a year ago when we launched this company and I had a lot of universe blow my mind goals. That's actually how I built my projections. And people be like, where did you get this assumption? And I'm like, I just wanted it.
Christine:And that is enough. I know. I often say that the universe is so much more creative than our minds could ever be. So let's be delusional. Let's aim for things that we can't imagine and let life show us what's possible. I really needed to hear this today. I feel like, hmm, this is what I needed today. Yeah. Thank you. I just, I feel so grounded and like, yes, I can't wait to start doing the things I need to do today.
Jessica:So grateful. I feel so inspired.
Christine:Thank you for having me. I loved seeing you again, Melissa, meeting you. This has just been, I mean, this was so good. I want to listen to this again.
Jessica:Season two is going to be fire, everyone.
Melissa:It is going to be fire. I mean, I think season one was fire, but season two is next level. Let's do shoulder shimmy, shoulder shimmy. Thank you for bringing it full circle. You know, you're never going to be sad when you're shimmying. It's like an immediate. You can feel sassy. You could do your eyebrows in weird ways for those who aren't seeing this video. Getting wild over here. Oh, my gosh. Well, thank you for being here. Before we wrap up, do you want to talk about your rapid alignment method bundle?
Christine:Oh, yes. Oh, I forgot that. Yes. Oh, and the Rapid Alignment Bundle, guess what? The Aligned Soul Gap Eraser Method is in it. The audio and there's also a video where I take you through the method. So, hello, that's there. The Aligned Soul Alchemy that we just went through is a part of it. And then I included as a bonus my Higher Self to Higher Self Conversations. Higher self to higher self conversations really brings you into the oneness, but it takes you out of the human. And you use these even in, I've used these in times where like I had no clue how I was going to get out of a situation. And when I came to the love and I came to the frequency of like oneness and decided to have a conversation with that other person's higher self about where we need to go, I would wake up to messages saying, we're good. This is what we're going to do. And I'm like, this is exactly what I'm going to do. Exactly what I said in the higher self to higher self conversation. And I didn't even have to have a conversation about it. Like I've had clients, they've had challenges and then they woke up, the challenges were solved. That's how powerful this is when you're not coming from a place of ego or trying to have an ulterior motive when you're just coming from a place of love. These are like three of my most amazing things. And it's normally like $297. I probably should raise it now. That girl was like, I did what you said and made $33,000 a month. I'm like, I need to raise it. But it's usually $297. And I know I gave you guys a special offer. 97. Oh,
Melissa:97.
Christine:Yay. So you have a special lead. It's just for you guys.
Jessica:Get it. Thank you. Thanks for your generosity. And thanks for walking us through some of your process. That was really generous and very exciting for me. And I know everyone listening. Thank you. You're amazing at what you do.
Christine:What I love to do is make these esoteric or things that don't feel like they're grounded. I like to bring them in and ground them, you know, because everyone can say you're one, you're one, you're one. And then you're like, well, how do I feel like I'm one? Like, how do I actually do that? And that's always the question because we as humans want to know the how. And so I love to bring in a how and a step-by-step or a process or a framework so that you can take all of these and implement them. And that's why people get, even on this podcast, just two minutes of feeling like you have more money than you know what to do with. Guess what? Money is coming. It's flowing. You're going to be like, oh. Yay! Because you just decided to feel it. The fleet of Teslas in my new garage. I need to be tagged in the picture when the fleet has arrived.
Melissa:If only I actually wanted that. That is like so far from my real desire. That is a family desire. But, you know, we get to have it all. You get to have it all. Well, thank you for being here. You're such a treasure. I feel just as lit up as I did when you led the NOVA workshop. So just thank you for being you. Thank
Speaker 03:you
Speaker 04:so much. Thank you for being here.
